My name is Sandra Brigas, I hold a degree in Psychology and Chinese Medicine, as well as a Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology, with research focused on quality of life and mindfulness.
My work integrates psychological knowledge with holistic principles to support women in restoring emotional clarity, physical balance, an inner alignment.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I explore patterns — how stress, emotions, and lifestyle interact — creating a structured and grounded space for meaningful and sustainable change.
